  • If you are packing yourself, acquire packing materials/boxes and pack items you won't need for the next month.
  • If professional mover is packing your goods, schedule packing day(s) 1 or 2 days before move.
  • Prepare any mowers, snow blowers, boats, snowmobiles (or other vehicles you won't be using before the move) for the move by servicing and draining gas and oil, to prevent a moving van fire.

What my clients are saying

Keith has proven to be an extremely dedicated and hardworking professional. Not only did he go above and beyond what we expected, he served as an advocate for us every step of the way. We were able to get a great deal on a beautiful home thanks to his advice, and we couldn't be any more pleased with his level of responsiveness and industry knowledge. We will continue to recommend him to our friends and family!

~ Dean L & Pam W - Navy Vet/Healthcare Mgr - WPB, FL

Keith, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for four months of your time in dealing with two most complex property purchase situations. If it was not for you, my property purchase would most certainly not have closed. You went over and beyond time and time again, always answered the phone or immediately called me back 7 days a week! I must add I have used a few other realtors prior to you and hands down there is no comparison to the service you proved during my buying process. My purchase was a most difficult process, to say the least, you came through every time and time again! I am very lucky to have been able to close on the property, that wouldn’t have been possible without you. Thank you once again!

~ David J - Claims Adjuster Huntsville, AL

Keith- I wanted to take a second to thank you for your diligent service during our buying process. This was our first house, we had many questions and requests, many times coming at difficult hours, and you came through every time. We feel very lucky to be living where we do now, and that wouldn’t have been possible without you.

~ James M & Laura S - Portfolio Mgr/Designer WPB

Fun, always available & easy to work with. I've fired real estate agents on several occasions, but Keith was Amazingly Helpful & Extremely Vital in getting my condo purchase successfully closed. Best Real Estate Broker I have ever worked with.

~ Thomas D - Race Car Mechanic/Baltimore, MD

Professional, Knowledgeable & Fun to work with, Keith turned an unpleasant situation into a Fun Experience. Best Realtor we have ever worked with, we highly recommend him!!

~ Mel & Susan T - Transport Experts/Wellington, FL

Keith was referred to me by a close friend, so he came highly recommended. Within a couple days, Keith had my wife & I viewing several homes in different neighborhoods, explaining all of our options. Over the next two months, with Keith guiding us through the process, we submit several offers, some offers were rejected, other offers were outbid. Without hesitation, Keith stayed by our side & remained persistent through the entire process. 24 hours later we viewed another "New Listing", it was the perfect home for us. Keith quickly submit our offer & our offer was accepted the very next day. We finally closed on our New Home and we couldn’t be happier. Keith was instrumental in locating & closing our New Home, we are so happy to have him as our Realtor, what a blessing he was…..Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!! I highly recommend contacting Keith for your next home sale or purchase.

~ Jonathan & Cynthia G - Banker/Boynton Beach, FL

Keith was assisting my brother in the purchase of a new home, so he came highly recommended. Keith reviewed the real estate basics with me and made me very comfortable in moving forward with my home search. We visited several homes, and I very quickly learned about multiple offer situations, bidding wars & how to remain patient when trying to locate a home to purchase. Around the 2nd week of viewing homes, we came across a new townhome listing. Keith spoke with the selling agent & was able to negotiate my FHA offer to beat out several Conventional loan offers. One week prior to closing, my lender lost my approval, so Keith went to work. He immediately got in touch with my lender, quickly got me re-approved and closing took place later that same week. If you are buying or selling a home, I highly recommend calling Keith to assist you. He’s honest, ethical and will tell you what you need to hear. I’ll be recommending Keith to all of my friends....."Best Realtor Ever".

~ Marvin M - Rest Mgr-Security/Hypoluxo, FL

I was first introduced to Keith by one of his marketing pieces he mailed to me up in MA, so I contacted him about selling my FL townhome. Besides being a Real Estate Investor, Keith also mentioned he was a Real Estate Broker with 20 yrs experience. Within one month of our initial conversation, and after being called late at night & feeling harassed by several other agents, I met Keith at my townhome in FL. He provided me with detailed information about sales in the area and what I should expect. I agreed to list my townhome with Keith later that month... within ten days I received several offers, one was a Cash Offer near asking price. After Keith negotiated terms & price, I accepted a Full Price Cash Offer & closed a few weeks later. Keith did a great job selling my home, he over delivered every step of the way and he kept me informed during the entire process. I'll be using Keith again on my next Investment property purchase in FL and I highly recommend him.

~ Jeffrey P - IT Executive/N Grafton, MA

I moved to Florida recently and was interested in purchasing a home, but I had no idea where to begin. Being new to the area and a Banker with long work hours, I needed someone with a flexible schedule who would take the time to work with me & provide good advice. I went to the internet & was fortunately referred to Keith. With 20 years experience & able to provide inside info on the local market, Keith answered all my questions. Over the next couple weeks, Keith was able to walk me through the buying process & helped me view several homes. I liked one of the homes so we made an offer, offer was accepted & I just closed on my new home last week, my dog and I could not be happier. I am now referring several friends to Keith, knowing that he will provide them with the same great level of service he provided to me. I plan on staying in touch with Keith and I highly recommend using him for any real estate related services you might need.
